What this policy covers

This policy explains what information One Zero Marketing (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit onezeromarketing.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Lead inquiry information. When you use the pipeline calculator or contact forms, we collect your name, company, email, ARR tier, and target lead volume so we can follow up with a relevant proposal.
• Chat messages. If you use the chat assistant on this site, the messages you type are sent to Google’s Gemini API to generate a reply. On the free tier Google may use that content to improve its products, so please do not share anything sensitive in the chat. We do not save chat messages ourselves, and the conversation is cleared from your browser when you close the tab.
• Technical data. Browser type, device, approximate location (country/region level), and referring URL are collected automatically by our hosting and analytics tools.

How we use your information

We use the data to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls.
• Understand which pages and messages lead to qualified leads.
• Improve the site, our copy, and our outreach strategy.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our services.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete or export your lead inquiry data by emailing rao.nabeel@onezeromarketing.com.

Data retention

Lead inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and serve the relationship, or until you ask us to delete it.
