What this policy covers

This policy explains what information One Zero Marketing (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit onezeromarketing.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Lead inquiry information. When you use the pipeline calculator or contact forms, we collect your name, company, email, ARR tier, and target lead volume so we can follow up with a relevant proposal.
• Usage data. We use a Meta (Facebook) Pixel to collect standard event data such as pages viewed, button clicks, and completed lead forms. This helps us measure which parts of the site drive qualified conversations.
• Technical data. Browser type, device, approximate location (country/region level), and referring URL are collected automatically by our hosting and analytics tools.

How we use your information

We use the data to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls.
• Understand which pages and messages lead to qualified leads.
• Improve the site, our copy, and our outreach strategy.

Cookies and tracking

Data retention

Lead inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to evaluate and serve the relationship, or until you ask us to delete it. Pixel event data is retained by Meta according to Meta’s policies.
