Appointment settingthat only countsmeetings worth taking.
We find the right people, write the emails, answer every reply and put the meeting on your calendar. Each booking arrives with a one page brief, so you know who is coming and why they said yes.

Four numbers. Most appointment setting companies show you one.
Appointment setting has a quiet problem. Everyone counts something different and calls it an appointment. So before you pay anyone, ask which of these four they bill on. Then ask to see the other three.
- 1
Booked
Did someone say yes?
A slot exists on a calendar. This is the easiest number to inflate, so never read it alone.
- 2
Held
Did they show up?
A booked meeting that never happens is a cost, not a result.
- 3
Fit
Was it the right person?
Right role, right company, inside the list you signed off. A friendly meeting with the wrong person is still the wrong meeting.
- 4
Pipeline
Did it turn into a real buying conversation?
This one takes weeks and depends on your sales team too. We report it. We never pretend we control it.
We send all four every week. If a number is bad, it sits on the page right next to the good ones.
What counts as an appointment,
and what doesn't.
A meeting only goes in your report when it passes all four checks. We say this up front because the definition is the whole game. Whoever writes it controls what you pay for.
Right person
Someone with a say in the decision, in a role you named. Not a gatekeeper, not a colleague who is just curious.
Right company
Inside the ideal customer profile you signed off. Size, industry, location, whatever you told us matters.
A real yes
They answered in their own words and accepted or asked for a time. Silence and “maybe later” do not count.
A real slot
A date and time on your calendar, confirmed by them, with a reminder sent.
What we won't call a meeting in your report.
If you disagree with one of these, tell us on the call. We would rather change the definition before you start than argue about it in month two.
- “Sounds interesting, send info.” That is a reply. A reply is not a meeting.
- Anyone outside the ICP you signed off, however friendly they were.
- A student, a journalist, a recruiter or a competitor checking your price.
- “Let's catch up in Q2” with no date on the calendar.
- A yes that never showed. It stays in booked and never reaches held.
A clause for any agency contract.
Paste it into the agreement with any appointment setting company, ours or anyone else's. It is not legal advice, so have a lawyer read it first.
QUALIFIED APPOINTMENT An appointment is reportable and billable only when all four of the following are true: 1. The attendee holds a role named in the agreed ideal customer profile and has a say in the buying decision. 2. Their company matches the agreed profile on size, industry and location. 3. They agreed to the meeting in their own words and confirmed a date and time. 4. The meeting took place with the attendee present. Meetings that were booked but not held are reported separately and are not billable. Meetings outside the agreed profile are reported separately and are not billable.
One team. One price.
Nothing outsourced.
Offer and positioning
We sharpen what you sell until a cold reader says yes.

Volume, rotation and testing, adjusted every week on what the replies tell us.
Reply handling
Every reply is answered by our team, from “tell me more” to “not now”.
Meetings on your calendar
Booked straight in, with the brief attached so you walk in knowing who it is.
The first
17 days.
Most agencies go quiet while the inboxes warm up. Here is what actually happens, so the wait never feels like nothing is happening.
- Day 1
Kickoff
You tell us who you want to meet. We set up your sending domains and inboxes, and the domains are yours.
- Days 1 to 14
The warmup, put to use
New inboxes need about two weeks of warming before a real campaign should touch them. Most people treat that as dead time. It is when we build the list, verify it three times and write the emails.
- After about 14 days
The campaign goes live
Per inbox daily caps, rotation across the pool, placement tested every week.
- Day 17, typically
The first meeting
Across our active clients the first meeting lands about 17 days after kickoff. Some take up to three weeks.
- Every week after
The report
Booked, held, fit and pipeline. Four numbers, plain words, the bad ones next to the good ones.
What we have
actually seen.
These come from our own client work. Names stay private on this page. Results move with your market, your offer and your list, so treat them as what has happened, not what we promise.

One person runs your campaigns, start to finish.
I have spent over 8 years in outbound marketing, AI powered outreach systems and sales automation. One Zero is where I put that to work for a small number of B2B companies at a time.
I set the strategy, and I stand behind every campaign we run. If you want to know who is accountable for your pipeline, it is me.
Who this is
wrong for.
A page like this should be able to say no. These are the people we turn away, or warn before they pay.
- Businesses that sell to consumers. We only do B2B.
- Deals worth less than $3,000 a year. The math rarely works.
- Gaming and gambling. We do not take those clients.
- Pay only when the customer signs. Sales cycles run for months, and that deal is not fair to either side.
- Teams that cannot follow up inside a day. We can book the meeting. We cannot show up for you.
Not sure which side you are on?
- Do you sell to other businesses?
- Is one new customer worth $3,000 or more a year to you?
- Can you say what you sell and who buys it in two sentences?
- If a good prospect says yes today, can someone on your side reply within a day?
- Will you judge month one on meetings held, not deals closed?

What is B2B appointment setting?
It is the work of finding the right decision makers, starting a conversation with them and getting a confirmed meeting onto your sales team's calendar. Your sellers close the deal. The appointment setter fills the calendar. At One Zero the channel is cold email, and we run every part of it, from the sending domains to the reply.
How much does appointment setting cost?
It depends on how the company charges. Some bill per booked appointment, some take a monthly retainer, some take a share of sales. Ours is a flat $1,250 a month, month to month after the first 90 days, with domains, inboxes, lead data and tools inside the price. There is also an annual plan at $3,500 plus 1 to 2% of sales from the meetings we book in the first 12 months.
What lead generation really costs →How many appointments will I get?
Our active clients see 18 to 34 meetings a month once the sending domains are warm. That is a range we have seen, not a promise. It moves with your market, your offer and how many of the right people exist for us to reach. If your market looks likely to land below it, we will say so on the first call.
What is a qualified appointment?
One where the right person, at a company inside your ideal customer profile, gave a real yes and confirmed a time. We check four things: right person, right company, a real yes and a real slot. Then we report booked, held, fit and pipeline as four separate numbers, so a no show or an off target meeting never hides inside a bigger one.
Cold email metrics that matter →Is appointment setting the same as lead generation?
Close, but not the same. Lead generation hands you names and contact details. Appointment setting goes further. It starts the conversation and ends with a confirmed meeting. We do the second one, and we build the first one along the way.
What is B2B lead generation →Do you do cold calling or LinkedIn?
We run cold email. It scales, it is easy to measure and it is what we are good at. If your buyers only ever answer the phone, we will tell you that on the first call instead of selling you email anyway.
Should I hire an SDR or use an appointment setting company?
An SDR is a full time hire you have to manage, and you still need to build the sending infrastructure, the data and the copy around them. An appointment setting company brings that stack and the people at a flat fee. In house starts to make sense once you have a playbook that works and enough volume to keep a person busy. Before that it is usually the slower route.
Is cold email legal?
In the US, B2B cold email is allowed under CAN-SPAM when you follow the rules: honest sender details, a physical address and an opt out that you honour quickly. Other countries are stricter. This is not legal advice, so check the rules for the markets you sell into.
Is cold email legal →Outbound that survives bank-grade spam filters and compliance review.
